While living and working in NYC , I visited the New Paltz/Gardiner/Stone Ridge area for a getaway weekend. This trip changed my life. The big blue sky, mountains and trees made such a lasting impression. I was so inspired that within months I purchased a parcel of land that I would later design and build a home on for me and my family. This home building project involved ALL local contractors. My previous experiences with designing and building two homes made this project go quite smoothly.
Over the past 25 years, Ive successfully operated a landscaping company in both city and country locations. Ive also had the experience of purchasing and developing a tract of land into a 5 lot subdivision including securing financing and effectively marketing each property. Ive also been involved in historic renovation projects.
All of my previous residential real estate experiences give me a deeper, well rounded understanding of the entire home buying/selling process.
