As a native of Greenpoint, Brooklyn I have a unique approach to my craft. Primarily a listing agent, it is my passion to list and sell properties across NYC and various counties across the great state of New York. I am passionate about my clients needs. Whether working with some of NYC's top developers, Nassau Counties top builders, long time homeowners or a first time home buyer I am equally determined to meet and exceed expectations. I have everything from co-ops, condos, single to multi-family homes, development sites and both mixed-use and commercial buildings as well!
With a backround in high finance working for one of the biggest Investment Banks in America, I was fortunate enough to see how the economy functions from a unique prospective. I also understand the mortgage process very intimately as well, being a licensed loan officer prior to becoming a real estate agent back in 2018. Over the years in this business I learned that selling or buying are simply end results. From the time you meet your client to discuss their objectives and needs all the way through to the successful passing of title, I always pay attention to every last detail.
Being available to my clients is of utmost importance. Also openly communicating with all parties involved in a deal throughout is absolutley vital and many times more important than you might think. Communication is paramount and many deals suffer costly delays or even die due to a lack of it. Good communication is a necessity and will increase the success of your deal.
Another skill set I have found indespensable to my clients success is my tough as nails negotiation skills. (Perhaps coming from an Italian household in the heart of Brooklyn, NY has helped form this skill a tad!) It cannot be understated how important strong negotiation skills can be. Many times I have brought my clients far better results than they ever thought possble simply by driving a fair yet hard bargain.
Knowing the numbers is also a most important skill. Buying a house, condo, co-op is different than buying a development site in the city. That said, no matter the size of a transaction the underlying principles remain. Sometimes it's hard to tell your clients that they cannot afford a certain property or that the property is a bad investment especially when their heart is set on it. Being honest and earnest is key to providing proper service. Knowing the numbers inside and out will help your clients not waste time on something that is not viable and will get you on to greeener pastures faster.
Having a vast network of professionals across a wide variety of practices from lawyers, insurance professionals, bankers, mortgage professionals, expediters, web developers/designers, surveyors, appraisers, antiques appraisers, red tag sales people to name a few.
