Broker and Owner, Matthew Loder was raised in Richmondville, NY and currently resides in Cobleskill, NY with his wife Julie and their two children. He is an alumnus of SUNY Cobleskill and Cobleskill High School. Matthews professional career started at Country Boy Realty in 1999 as a Sales Agent. In 2012, he became Principle Broker and Owner of Country Boy Realty.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Matthew has become a leader in the industry. He has received multiple Sales Volume Awards including, over 20 consecutive years of the Top Sales Agent for Schoharie County by the Womens Council of Realtors.
In 2019 he received the Business Person of the Year Award from the Schoharie County Chamber of Commerce. In 2020 he was recognized as a Top 100 Residential Real Estate Agent in Albany, during one of the most challenging and unique years in the industry due to the pandemic.
Matthew has served as a Director for Schoharie, Schenectady, and Saratoga Board of Realtors and was the Director of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service Board.
