A native Long Islander, Nancy Cervelli began her sales career in the North Fork real estate community back in 2001 following her return to Long Island from Bar Harbor, Maine. She has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer ever since, earning respect for her broad knowledge of the local market and her professional yet down to earth approach. Nancy joined Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in 2016, after affiliations with the Corcoran Group and Brown Harris Stevens. With a portfolio encompassing real estate transactions ranging from cottages to luxury waterfront properties and vacant land, Nancy is known for her on-point pricing and impressive marketing strategies that have led to successful sales and ongoing referrals. Prior to her real estate career, Nancy co-owned and operated with her late husband one of the foremost bed and breakfasts in coastal Maine, which helped solidify her love of working with and serving people. A Southold resident and avid volunteer, Nancys commitment to community service is evident through her longstanding membership and past presidency of the Southold Rotary Club, where she also served as secretary for three years.
