Todd Stevens began selling and renting about 700 homes inside a 150 sq ft studio without a bathroom - today, Todd's celebrating 21 years of real estate success. Todd moved to NYC and found himself waiting tables, tasting startups and his most significant job was on the 80th floor of the World Trade Center. Todd began selling and renting homes in 2002 just to grow his real estate software. However, the world had a very different plan. Todd found himself selling fifteen multi-unit new developments, renting almost 300 homes and selling more townhouses than any realtor in Manhattan for ten consecutive years ('04 to '14). Within Todd's first five years of real estate, he became a millionaire, but quickly lost everything in 2009, resulting to a zero net worth. Todd also found his left arm paralyzed and had to make a change. In 2010, he re-invented his work, discovered YouTube, rehabilitated his arm and today, he is helping empower realtors and homeowners to achieve their highest potential.
