My name is Kristine Hansmann and I am a licensed, experienced, full time broker. I am a member of the NYS Board of Realtors as well as OneKey MLS, Mid-Hudson MLS, and the Greater Fairfield County, Connecticut MLS. Born and raised in Mahopac, NY I have an extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas. I am one of 9 children, and grew up learning the values of honest, hard work and sharing, which helped shape the existence of Team Work, Perseverance and Successful Entrepreneurship at Jefferson Valley Realty. We have a dynamic team of women with over 36 years of Real Estate Experience in Residential, Commercial and Investment properties. They are an integral part of our office and share a like-minded philosophy with a common, yet individual approach to every client! Having been a Realtor/Broker since 1986, my promise to all of my clients, renters, buyers and sellers, has always been to be accessible, accommodating and successful.
