My name is Amanda Mattimore. I am the Broker/Owner of Northern Beginnings Realty LLC. I have vast experience in all aspects of listing and selling properties in Jefferson, Lewis and surrounding Counties. I started my Real Estate career in 2015 because I wanted to make the buying and selling process easier and less stressful for the people I care about. Through much continued education and on the job training I have helped many people, and their families enjoy the process of buying and selling. My idea of how to help others has made me very successful in my own business, receiving a Top Producer award by Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021,2022 and 2023.

I was born and raised in beautiful Lowville, NY. My husband and I decided long ago the North County was our forever home and we started to raise a family nearby in Croghan, NY. We absolutely love this area and its people. That is one of the reasons I love Real Estate so much, I help others move to this area and find their forever homes.

When I first began my Real Estate career, I worked for a worldwide Real Estate firm. The education and training I received was amazing, however I wanted to be more local. In 2016 I changed offices and started with a local company where I stayed until I started my own Brokerage in 2023. I look forward to helping my community and growing my company at the same time.
