Vivian is Broker/Owner of Gateway to the Hamptons Real Estate and proudly holds a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, as well as Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Buyers Representative (CBR), and Certified Short Sales Specialist (CSSS) designations. She is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR), New York State Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors and serves as one of the Directors of the LIBOR Central Suffolk Chapter.
Prior to her career in real estate, Vivian spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry and held a prominent position as Director and Portfolio Manager within the Asset Management Division of a major financial services company in Princeton, New Jersey. She earned her undergraduate degree in Finance as well as a Masters of Business Administration.
