Buying or selling a home can be challenging and using my expertise to guide clients through the process is very rewarding. There's so much to know especially in today's tight market where things are moving so quickly. As an agent, excellent service is what I strive for every day. That means being available and proactive, as well as, patient when a client needs more time.
My previous careers in media and marketing serve me well as I prepare a house for the market place. I also have a strong aesthetic for what works and what doesn't in presenting a home to buyers. One of the most enjoyable parts of being in real estate is giving sellers some great ideas that don't cost much and really pay off. Or, helping buyers see a home's full potential with suggestions and advice on how to make the most of a property that doesn't have obvious attributes.
I'm a people person and I love meeting new people and helping them get what they want whether it's a new home for a buyer or working with sellers transitioning out of a house that's no longer right for their needs.
I've lived and worked on the North Shore for more than 30 years but I sell houses all over Long Island.
