My methods can be described as a marriage of a fresh, modern, high tech approach and traditional, proven, high touch practices.

I also bring an in-depth, firsthand knowledge of location and lifestyle to the table, and am able to expertly represent properties across a wide array of Long Islands communities. As a lifelong resident of Setauket and expert on coastal stretch from the Huntington area to the Port Jefferson area, I understand the value of the way of life that is afforded to residents of Long Island's North Shore - a trait paramount to marketing properties within that area and acquainting buyers with the products that they desire. With that said, the days of boutique style and neighborhood realtors have come and passed. Today, it is critical to be tapped into the vast network of professionals locally, nationally, and internationally and I am proud to hold those connections to the benefit my seller and buyer clients. Although my heart lies on the north shore, I also pride myself on the ability to expertly serve purchasers and sellers across the entirety of both Suffolk and Nassau Counties. I hold a true understanding as to where buyers are stemming from and so target the source when marketing homes.

My seller and purchaser portfolio is diverse and inclusive of corporate executives, foreign nationals, high net worth individuals, downsizers, first time homebuyers, and relocation clients, In summary, I handle it all and have great experience in price points ranging from 318,000 to 6,450,000. I have achieved record setting sales in various market places across Long Island, have secured unprecedented corporate partnerships, and have spearheaded the creation of a new Young Professionals division within Douglas Ellimans Long Island division.
