I have been listing and selling real estate in the Orleans County area for over 17 years. I enjoy working with clients and customers - almost nothing in real estate can compare when a buyer's eyes light-up because you find them the right house! And, listing a seller's home correctly the first time is a motto I practice. Although, the property owner has the final say, I believe it is my duty to list property correctly so that it is sold in a timely manner - it is serious business, because the seller's money is being tied up. Every month that the property doesn't sell, the owner is having to spend money. I also believe that full disclosure is key to honest work and I live and breathe the ethics that we are commissioned to adhere to. Also, the more good, quality, photos with as much information about the property in the listing there is, the better it is in this fast-paced driven world we live in - many people are so busy, that they do not have the time to physically visit every possible home on the market and they want to be able to eliminate as many as possible right on the web.
