Hi, my name is Teri Kraszewski and Real Estate is my passion! I have have been helping buyers and sellers in the Capital Region for almost 15 years and I am fortunate to be able to say that I absolutely love what I do. My goal is to provide my clients with a positive experience, whether you're buying or selling a home. I am here to walk you through every step of the process, from financing options, showings, offers, inspections, and even right through to closing. Because I am invested in the communities I work in, I have contacts and resources that I would be happy to share with you, including recommendations for doctors, dentists, hairstylists and even where to shop or have a tasty meal.

In addition to my real estate qualifications, I have a BFA in Interior Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, which I will use to your benefit, whether you need to stage your home for sale, make the most of your marketing through pictures or simply visualize what a house you are looking at could be. Want to build the home of your dreams but dont know quite where to start? My experience as a site representative for many local builders could benefit you tremendously.

On a personal note, I am a wife and a mother of 2 teenage boys. My boys love sports and play year round. When I am not working I am on the soccer field, baseball field, or basketball court cheering them on! It is my favorite thing to do! We love vacationing, good food and supporting our community through sporting events and fundraisers.
