Hello! My name is Ariel Fleischman. I am a sales agent with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. I would like the opportunity to show you the properties you are interested in seeing, when it is convenient for you. I am going to give you some information about me so you can gain an understanding of me and how i run my business.
I was born and raised in Rensselaer County in the small town of Hoosick Falls. I studied Anthropology and sociology at the University of Suny Albany. At the same time I worked in the fast paced food service industry and raised my son with the help of my wonderful brother. Working with the public seemed a perfect fit for me, having knowledge of people and society, I put that to work as a Realtor. I have done archaeology on dwelling sites in Schoharie Valley, so I have seen how we as a people we have always loved and taken great care of our homes. Now I wish to help people find their dream home.
Understanding my background is key to understanding how I run my business. I put people first, lots are Realtors are cash driven, I am not. I got in this business to help people through one of the most exciting yet stressful Transactions of their life. I really enjoy my profession, I hope to put that joy into your experience.

This is where I am very important to the buying process.
