Eugenia Foxworth, President/Broker of Foxworth Realty, opened this unique boutique brokerage company located in New York City in October 2008. Foxworth specializes in the marketing, sales and rentals of exceptional properties in Riverdale, NY, Manhattan, Costa Rica, Acapulco, Mexico, Brazil and the Dominican republic.
During the thirteen (13) years that she has been a real estate professional she has established a reputation for being out of the box, while making the deal happen. She has won several awards because of this from her former Broker, Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy and a past president of FIABCI-USA. Her goal is to please her customers and her clients. That is perhaps one of the reasons that most of her business comes from referrals from those that she has assisted in getting a residence, investment property, rental (long or short term) or leisure home. Some are local but the majority are national and international.
Eugenia has been an active member of the International Real Estate Federation for eight years. FIABCI was founded 62 years ago and is in 150 countries and the organization has a non-governmental agency affiliation with the United Nations. She is on the USA Board of Directors and is FIABCIs International Vice President of Marketing and Networking.
She is a member of REBNY (Real Estate Board of NY), NAR (National Association of Realtors), MANAR (Manhattan Association of Realtors, an active committee member with NYSAR (NYS Association of Realtors), the NY Womens Chamber of Commerce and the Greater NY Chamber of Commerce. Eugenia is certified as a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist, MWBE Vendor and a NYRS(NY Residential Specialist).
She has been published, a guest on HGTVs House Hunters and will be on a segment for HGTVs The Unsellables that is scheduled to air the end of this year.
