We work with a team of professional local contractors to take care of any maintenance issues or repairs that arise.
With NNY Homes your home will be advertised on every major Real Estate website to bring you a qualified tenant as quick as possible.
Our fee for property management is just 10 PERCENT of the monthly income from your property. We do not charge any up front or finder fees. We do this to keep renting your home affordable and as stress free as possible.
