I became a Realtor to help home buyers and seller. When I first became a Realtor I knew a lot about buying and seller as I had bought and sold a few house myself. I found out that maybe I didn''t know as mush as I thought I did. When thing go smooth buying a property can be fairly easy. But when things go wrong, that when a Realtor with the education and experience is very valuable.
When selling a property, anyone can put up a sign and put an ad in the paper.
What a seller can''t do is rally the Realtor community to help sell the property.
As the sellers agent I can get the highest price for the property.
