Hello, I am Mark Cartwright. My wife, Caren and I bought our first home in Auburn 16 years ago. We have raised 2 children, Lexi & Andrew in Auburn and have thoroughly enjoyed all that Auburn has to offer.

The history and culture of Auburn encouraged my fascination and passion for real estate. That along with my experience as a General Contractor led me to becoming a certified Home Inspector in 1999. Trying to manage a full time career at IBM and performing Home Inspections, was a bit more than time allowed. Using the Home Inspections knowledge for personal use instead of a business brought Caren and I to the decision to buy some income property. That proved to be a wise decision and we continue to search for, look at and buy income property. In 2012 I left IBM and put all my time into our Real Estate investments. We formed Cartwright Holding LLC in 2014 and are continuing to grow that business. As part of that effort I decided that getting my Real Estate sale license would enable me to gain more knowledge of the Real Estate industry and help others in the process. Whether that is helping you find your first home, dream home, vacation home or your next investment property. I look forward to applying the experience, knowledge, passion and hands on attitude in helping you find the property you are looking for.

Whatever your real estate needs may be, I would be happy to help in anyway. If you have questions or just want to find out about what real estate in CNY has to offer, feel free to contact me via email or phone.
