Karen was born the youngest of nine children and raised in Cincinnati, till her family was transferred to the Hancock County area. Karen is a graduate of Cory Rawson High School and Owens Community College.

Karen resides in Findlay with her husband Todd and their daughter. She serves as secretary to the Kiwanis Club of Findlay and is a member of St. Michael the Archangel Parish where she taught Sunday school classes for many years.

Karen started her real estate career right out of high school, but with the economy not doing well at that time, she had taken other positions throughout her adult life in other avenues of business and sales. Karen has a strong passion for real estate and has always found her way back to some aspect of the business. She was the Sales Manager at The Point at Brookstone, and spent time in an administration role within a real estate company, and also took on the role of Office Manager in another.

Karen holds the professional ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certificate. Karen takes pride in working hard for her clients and strives to achieve the smoothest transactions for them. Her success has earned her the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club Award. She is a member of the Northwest Ohio and West Central Board of Realtors.
Karen also has a passion for volunteering in the community and you may see her out and about with her camera as she enjoys photography.
