My name is Chris Gillispie. I am a licensed full time REALTOR with Old Colony Realtors. I have been helping buyers and sellers for over 8 years in the WV and OH market.
I have experience in all aspects of Real Estate including residential, commercial, multi-dwelling, investment and property management. I find it very rewarding helping first time buyers walk through the process, as well as marketing and negotiating the sale.
As a Chesapeake High School graduate and lifelong resident of the Tri-State, I am knowledgeable about this area and connected to the people and community. I reside in Chesapeake, OH with my husband Dana. I have one daughter, Courtney, one son, Rusty and a granddaughter, CaMiyah. My family and I truly enjoy the quality of life here, and I think this will continue to be a great place to buy and sell real estate.
