Residing in Pickaway County for over 50 years Cindi Watkins decided to change her career in 2009 by obtaining her real estate license and jumping into a challenging market at the worst time. Little did Cindi know that It was the best decision she would ever make! Cindi loves her community, so she started with Ashville Realty in her hometown. In Cindi's 1st year she closed 19 properties in a terrible market! Cindi realized that her clients really liked her style and the referrals started coming in so she decided to open her own office in South Bloomfield Ohio with Preferred Properties RES. Along with Cindi's new office she soon formed a team of agents to better serve Pickaway County and surrounding areas. In no time Cindi's team needed to expand so she moved her office located right on SR 23 South Bloomfield, OH. Sadly her broker retired so now Cindi and her team have joined e-Merge Real Estate! Cindi loves her job and is a full time agent/manager. Cindi also gives back to her community and has co-chaired Realtor Care Day representing Pickaway county projects, donating time to community events and her favorite is supporting schools. Cindi says every child deserves an education so from the 1st day Cindi started her new career she decided she would donate 25.00 for every side of a transaction to the Teays Valley Education Fund. To date Cindi has donated over 10k towards the TVEF supporting our future!
