As the daughter of George and Vera, I had huge shoes to fill, but a wonderful, lasting example to follow and now lead. Upon graduating from Southeast High School, I began my career in real estate on July 28, 1986, by acquiring my real estate license. A few years later, I completed my Bachelor's degree in both Finance and Real Estate from Kent State University. I continued selling real estate full time for 25 years side-by-side with my parents, serving Portage, Stark, Summit and surrounding counties.
In 2008, I became licensed as a Real Estate Broker and took over for my parents in 2011. Together, my husband Mark and I have been happily married for 33 years and have eight beautiful children. We reside in Marlboro, OH. I continue to serve all real estate markets in Portage, Stark and Summit counties on a full time basis. I am the broker of Tarter Realty specializing in residential sales and farms/rural properties. I have over 35 years experience in the real estate industry. Combine that experience with my knowledge in finance and available loan programs, this allows me to serve potential home buyers with great advice and expertise in helping them acquire their dream home!
