Laurie has been a full time licensed Real Estate Agent since 1986. She has consistently been in the top 5% of her county in sales production and has been awarded Realtor of the Year by the Lorain County Board of Realtors. She has also been a Director for her local board and Chairman of numerous board committees. Laurie has been involved in many aspects of the industry including residential re sales, new construction, and commercial sales and acquisitions. She is a Certified Residential Specialist and is the 2011 President of Womans Council for the Cleveland Ohio Chapter. For the past five years, Laurie has spent her time building a franchise real estate company from ten agents to over 170 concentrating on training, coaching and recruiting. Her training topics include: life and business planning, lead generation tools and techniques, organizing your business and your life, disc profiling your clients and customers, building your business through social media, how to get the listing every time and killer open houses.Currently, Laurie has gone back into production and is working on building another real estate team, she continues to coach and train within the real estate industry.She resides in Avon Lake Ohio with her husband Kevin and has three sons.
