We are a boutique style Real Estate Brokerage Firm, in which our main mission is to provide all of the essentials needed to help our clients, customers, agents, colleagues, and vendors through the real estate process utilizing strong ethical skills, frequent and continual education, diverse communication methods, enhanced technology, and conducting ourselves in a lawful and professional manner, at all times. Our goal is to take the stress out of the real estate process, not only for our buyers and sellers, but also our agents, colleagues, and vendors via these preferred essential methods, all while adhering to license law and our own company core values.
Essential Realty LLC was founded by our owner and principal broker, Elisha (Rapson) Kempf, who got her start in the real estate industry in 1990, when she was licensed in property & casualty insurance. After attending OSU in 1993 and achieving her real estate license in 1995, Elisha has worked for several brokerages including: Century 21, Exit Realty, Barnes & Assoc. and finished her broker's degree under the supervision of Marcia Lee, broker-owner of Maple Tree Realty out of Norwalk, Ohio. In 2018, Elisha achieved her Broker's license and opened Essential Realty LLC in New Haven, Ohio (Willard-Plymouth areas) with great ambition to grow Essential Realty throughout Ohio.
As with many, Essential Realty was challenged by Covid duress, yet survived and thrived by gaining licenses in Ohio and Florida, while helping many in the relocation process along the way, since covid circumstances caused many to uproot to other states.
Essential Realty is further blessed today to have the most amazing, smart, hard working, loyal, dedicated, and extremely ethical real estate agents in Ohio and Florida. Our team atmosphere and optimism for a much better housing outlook in 2024, just further motivates us.
