Throughout his career, he created and cultivated service cultures in world-class hotels. In his last hotel industry position, as Vice President of Operations for EDITION Hotels, Michael traveled throughout the world and helped create Ian Schrager's iconic new Luxury Lifestyle hotel brand. Michael is an avid Food and Wine enthusiast, and is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and the Escoffier Society of New York. He has spent many years creating lasting memories for his "guests".
