Philip De Marchis is a full time Realtor as well as a Father of two awesome kids! He has lived in Dayton, OH for the past 33 years and he is always excited to share his knowledge of the area. In 2017 he officially became a Dayton Ambassador so he could help both Newcomers and Daytonians become more familiar with our Gem City.
Prior to getting into real estate he Co-Owned a renovation company and also ran a Promotional Printing Company. He is always applying his knowledge of construction and marketing to his client's situations and helping them make educated decisions with an unbiased eye. When he is not working directly with clients, he is working on his business by continuing his education and studying the real estate market. He chose to obtain a Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification which gave him extensive training on how to value a home. By 2016 his little company evolved into the Home Imagined Group.
When he is not working, he spends time with his family. He enjoys getting into whatever his son is into and having the craziest conversations with his spunky daughter. He loves networking and getting involved with the community. He is a member of the Carillon Park Bell Board which helps to volunteer work time to go towards many events put on by Carillon Park.
