Bellevue, Ohio, is a small town with a population of around 8,000 people. It is known for its historic architecture and was named a "Preserve America Community" by the White House in 2007. The town is home to many historic buildings, including the Tremont House, which is the oldest brick structure in Bellevue, built in 1848. Bellevue is also the birthplace of Thomas Edison's wife, Mina Miller Edison, and has a museum dedicated to her life and accomplishments.
