Being a native of Bellevue and returning to the area to raise a family, Lyndsay Sosa possesses the market knowledge of Bellevue and the surrounding areas. Lyndsay obtained her real estate license from Hondros College of Business in 2015 and prior to that graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2004 with a Bachelor Degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development and Marketing minor. Before getting into the real estate business she held positions in retail management, office and property management, and visual merchandising. In fact many of the skills and marketing strategies she learned in these professions apply to effectively marketing and selling a home. With her good eye and strong attention to detail, she can help sellers stage a home and offer suggestions that can make a home more appealing to buyers. And to buyers, she has the ability to help them envision themselves in a home and determine if its the right fit. Her commitment to listening to her clients needs, delivering exceptional customer care, and establishing lifelong relationships is what she prides herself on. She is communicative, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire sales process and wants her customers rest assured she will be there every step of the way to ensure a successful transaction.
