I was a residential real estate appraiser for 8 years prior to getting my real estate license in 2014. I utilize my experience as an appraiser to bring value to my clients ,whether it be pricing a home to sell or as buyer looking to make a purchase. The appraisal is an important part of the home buying process and is required by lender in order to obtain a loan. An appraisal can make or break a deal. I have the experience and knowledge to make sure the appraisal does not become an issue for you!
I enjoy meeting new people and helping them through the challenges of buying/selling their home. My goal is to bring knowledge, experience and trust to all my clients and to make the stressful process of buying/selling as calm and worry free as possible. My clients are a priority and I will do everything to make sure all of their needs are taken care of. I treat all of my clients as if they were a part of my family and always look out for their best interest.
