My passion for becoming a realtor has been fueled by my fascination for real estate and a deep love for helping others in need. For the past 10 years my real estate experience has been with buying bank owned HUD homes and flipping them. Through the process of buying and flipping these homes I have become an expert at working with inspectors, contractors, and appraisers, and I know what to look for when it comes to the condition of a home. I am able to see the true potential a home has that other agents may overlook. My ability to assess the condition and potential of homes is one of the many advantages I have that set me apart from other agents.
In addition, I have dedicated the majority of my life caring for others, with over 16 years of customer service experience. My work ethic has been built on determination, communication, dedication and trust with the ability to adapt to all of my client's real estate needs. My adaptability comes mainly from my experience working as a registered nurse, where I dedicate my life to putting others needs before my own. I have a unique ability to bring peace of mind to those who may be experiencing life struggles, and we all know buying or selling a home can be quite the struggle. I take pride in communicating quickly and efficiently with all my clients, and I look forward to showcasing my real estate knowledge and negotiating skills with all of you to help you buy or sell your home!
