Bennie Parr has been a lifelong resident of Weirton, WV. From early years, he has been an individual of vision and integrity. Always willing to learn and work hard made him a man who willingly accepts responsibility. His earliest employment often found him in positions where he managed his work schedule and procured his financial security on a commission basis, often being a lead achiever in annual sales.
Bennie decided to venture into the entity of self- employment and founded what is now known as -Bennie Parr Construction LLC. Licensed and insured thru the WV Department of Labor, his services include but are not limited to , room and garage additions, window replacement,roof, siding, soffit & fascia, gutter and downspout replacement and kitchen & bathroom renovations. Responsibilities include customer estimates and service, crew over sight and manual labor to facilitate job completion.
In 2003 Bennie attended the Missouri School of Auctioneering and became a licensed and insured apprentice auctioneer. At the end of the six month apprenticeship, Bennie became and continues to be a member of good standing with various auctioneer associations. Bennie is licensed, bonded and insured in WV, PA, and OH.. Continuing education courses keep him abreast the latest laws and regulations regarding auctioneers.
True to his entrepreneur directive, he soon realized that in order to sell real estate at auction he would need to become a real estate agent. 2010-15 found Bennie as a million dollar producer in sales as a Century 21 agent. His next accomplishment would be attending Spruce School of Real Estate in South Charleston WV to become a real estate broker.
In 2015 Bennie established his second LLC --- B.P. Real Estate & Auctioneering, As broker Bennie is a member of the National Realtors association and the Weirton Board of Realtors. The company has four licensed, insured and bonded agents in addition to Mr. Parr. Annual continuing education courses support growth and professional excellence in the real estate industry. This allows us to offer the best possible service to our clients. Our second office location has been opened in Pennsylvania.
Bennie continues to operate Bennie Parr Construction and B.P. Real Estate and Auctioneering.
Real Estate & Auction combined under one service enables him to assist with living estate sales and to facilitate downsizing. Relocated children of aging adult parents can alleviate the burden of clearing away personal goods and selling the real estate, when employing his expertise. He can provide solutions to companies and individuals by giving the best possible service at an affordable rate. This allows a client the highest net dollar proceeds from assets.
He has served as past president of St. Pauls Holy Name Society, a member of the Knights of Columbus, American Legion and Elks. Bennie also generously donates his auction services to local organizations such as Make a Wish, Family Connections, St. Pauls School Gala, The Wounded Warrior, Weirton Lyons Club and the local auctions benefiting the National Breast Cancer Society.
