There is a reason why my slogan is ""Russian" to deliver results, not excuses". I was born in 1990 in Uzbekistan (then USSR) and moved to the US at the age of 11 in 2001. Since 2007 i have lived in Springfield OH and love it! Wittenberg University brought me here in 2007. I call the City of Springfield my home. I have been in the Real Estate Business since 2009, when i bought my first home. I have since bought and sold many homes and continue to grow my personal investment portfolio of my company Comfort Living LLC. I am a full-time Realtor and have experience working with first time buyer, flippers, distressed sellers and investors/landlords all of the world. I have established great contacts with lenders (traditional and hard money), attorneys, title companies, insurance companies and can guide your interest with confidence.

I am looking forward to helping you accomplish all of your real estate goals whether you are looking to buy, sell, rent or invest in real estate. My goal is to establish friendly relationships with all of my clients for a lifetime - not just for a sale.

Zoom Zoom specializes in first time home buyers, investor friendly, military housing, relocations, out of state investors, russian speaking, russian realtor, 1031 exchanges, creative financing, creative funding and commercial real estate transactions.
