A Dayton native with 34 years of experience in the real estate business I have represented sellers from all over the Miami Valley and helped buyers from all over the world find homes in the Dayton region. A graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelors in Accounting, I focus on providing the best representation for my clients, whether they are buying or selling. As a National Qualified Residential Specialist, when I look at homes my clients are interested in, I am looking deeper than paint and wallpaper. I understand new construction as well as what makes a 100 year old home function. I work with the best home inspectors in the area to further protect buyers.

For nearly 20 years I have been helping department heads at a local university as an ambassador to the area. Its been a pleasure to be a part of the process, finding families homes, helping new hires become acclimated to the area, watching them take advantage of all we have to offer in the Miami Valley. My wife and I have raised three children in Oakwood and hope everyone enjoys the Dayton region as much as we enjoy living here.
