Mary Ann spent most of her life in Cleveland's western suburbs, but loves to take the "scenic route" to explore everything Northeast Ohio's neighborhoods have to offer.

A passion for connecting people to each other and to the things that matter most to them led Mary Ann to careers that weren't simply based on transactions, but on relationships. As the founder of a specialty service company in Rocky River, she helped hundreds of families celebrate life's biggest events with a thoughtful and creative approach to special occasions. In fourteen years as a development professional, Mary Ann connected individuals with their passion for non-profit organizations and raised major funding for those organizations with transformational results.

That passion continues as Mary Ann connects people with one of the most important parts of life - home. Inspired by her clients' stories and their vision of "home", she creates a unique strategy for each buyer and seller.

For 2018, she has chosen to support the St. Ignatius Labre Ministry to the Homeless, The City Mission or the West Side Catholic Center with a two hundred and fifty dollar gift from each commission. Buyers and sellers can choose one of these organizations and the gift will be made in their name. Mary Ann believes that everyone should have a place to call home.
