Kathleen has been a life-long resident of Brown County. Kathleen and her husband Miles of over 30 years have enjoyed living and raising their three children on a farm outside of Ripley. She has a financial, accounting and management background, first working in the banking industry and then as a CPA and Audit manager with the State Auditors Office auditing governmental entities in the surrounding counties.
Kathleens auditing background was all about the details and communication, as is real estate. She will be conscientious of every detail and responsive to the level of communication needed and you desire. Kathleen is looking forward to her new career in real estate and helping people have a positive experience, whether buying or selling, as it is usually the largest financial transaction of their lives. She enjoys spending time with people and hopes to create clients and friends for life.
