Hi, thanks for visiting my page! Since moving from England to the USA 16 years ago, I have been actively trading and investing in properties in Minnesota and Texas. Purchasing my first home in Highland Park in St Paul where I started my family, then moving to Minnehaha Parkway in Minneapolis, has given me a great appreciation and knowledge of the Twin Cities!
I have personal experience as a first-time home buyer, seller, investor, developer and with out-of-state corporate relocation; I am mindful of the complications and troubles that can occur, but with awareness and experience these can be limited or avoided. Most importantly, the process should be fun; I guarantee to take away (most) of the stress!
