I have been licensed in real estate since 2001 and have a love and enthusiasm that is hard to match. I love the challenge of helping customers and clients find the right home for themselves and truly enjoys the opportunity to assist people when they are buying or selling real estate in the Logan County area.
In 2007, I obtained my Ceritified Residenial Specialist (CRS) designation which less than 4% of all Realtors hold. I specialize in first time home buyers, short sales, bank foreclosures and listing and selling homes. I am a great negotiator!
I also have the the SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Rescource) Certification and the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Certification. Both certifications provide me with additional education and understanding of the details involved with these types of sales.
In 2008, I married J.R. Stewart. He works for Steve Austins Auto Group in Bellefontaine. We have two children, Paxton and Crosley Stewart and two dogs. We reside in Bellefontaine.
On April 30 2016, I purchased Royer Realty and became the Broker/Owner.
