Louisville, Ohio, is a small city with a rich history and plenty of interesting facts. Here are some of them:

1. Louisville was founded in 1834, and named after the city of Louisville, Kentucky.

2. The city was known for its production of Studebaker wagons, for which it was sometimes called the "Studebaker City."

3. Louisville was a stop on the Underground Railroad, a network of secret routes and safe houses used by African-American slaves to escape to freedom in the early to mid-1800s.

4. The Louisville Constitution, a radical abolitionist newspaper, was published in the city from 1854 to 1864.

5. The Louisville Area Chamber of Commerce hosts the annual Constitution Festival every September to celebrate the rich history of the area.

6. Louisville is home to several parks, including Metzger Park, which features an outdoor swimming pool, hiking trails, and a pond.

7. The Louisville Public Library, founded in 1937, is a member of the Stark County District Library system and serves the community with books, DVDs, and other resources.
