I began my Real Estate career in 2006 working part time as an assistant to my Mother, Sharon Rooney. In 2014 I became her full-time partner. I am married to Scott Poling and in the past few years our family has grown to 5. Family and community are very important to my life and I made the choice to pursue real estate full time. Real estate allows me the flexibility to be with my family and the ability to connect with people in the community. I enjoy helping growing families find the home of their dreams and advocating for our community and its resources as I meet employees relocating to the area who will hopefully make Findlay/Hancock County their permanent home!
