My name is Devin Ward and I have found my niche here in the real estate world. I was licensed in 2020 and have been practicing real estate in NE Ohio ever since. I truly love what I do. One of the best parts about being a licensed agent is that I have been able to put my 20 years of customer service and Kent State University business and hospitality management degrees to work. It's amazing how a genuine love for people can translate across a variety of professions. I love the fast-paced world in which I work and never get tired of a challenge. People are my passion. I have always had a love for pleasing those who choose to be around me and take advantage of what I have to offer.
Living in Lake County and growing up in Ashtabula County and the surrounding areas, I have seen our communities grow and thrive and believe that being a professional in these areas means that you are privileged to be their biggest advocates. I love showcasing all that NE Ohio has to offer. Examples include: the vast array of local wineries, the Grand River, numerous Lake Metroparks and facilities, world class fishing, Lake Erie, the Historic Ashtabula Harbor district and of course Cleveland and surrounding areas.
