I am Joanne Cagnetti Cronin, a native Daytonian and resident of Oakwood for the past 33 years. My husband and I have four daughters, age 27 through 18, all of whom attended Holy Angels School and Chaminade-Julienne Catholic High school. In addition to managing a busy household, we actively invested in residential real estate for the past 33 years, and own over a dozen properties, several of these are commerical. Following the sale of a successful business venture in 2008, with two of our children in college, the time was right to obtain my license. In May 2009 I joined a local company, Irongate Inc., Realtors. In spite of the down market at that time, I had much success and have continued to be rewarded as one of their Top 40 Peak Producers every year. In 2015 my sales were over 8.4 million dollars. Every client wants someone to represent them with honesty, integrity and loyalty along with a sense of urgency regarding buying or selling and I pride myself in doing just that.
