As a husband to Emily and father of 3 young boys, Stratton seeks to keep family in focus in both his personal and professional life. Values such as honesty and integrity are at the forefront. Stratton is passionate about helping others and thankful for the opportunity to do it every day. He earned his real estate license in 1999, and has made his life mission into a career, taking pride in a dynamic focus of customer service. Stratton stepped up as a broker in 2012, and has lead and directed the ALT team with enthusiasm. Stratton is active in the community as well as developing meaningful, collaborative relationships with other Columbus-based Realtors. Stratton serves on the Grievance Committee with Columbus Realtors, and has served as Sub-Committee chair for the MLS Committee. He has also held the Clintonville NAREA Secretary position on two occasions in the past. He is a member of multiple other local real estate associations throughout central Ohio. He has also been awarded the Prestige Sales Award from Columbus Realtors (having sold over 35 million dollars in real estate over his career).
