Profile Information I am a full time licensed Real Estate agent for Coldwell Banker Realty. I work out of the Newark/Granville office. I specialize in residential real estate in Licking and surrounding counties. I have been married to my wife Jenny Mossman Beougher for over 40 years. We have two grown children . Alex , Ashley and. We are both life long residents of Licking county. Jenny graduated Newark High school in 1975 and I graduated from Lakewood class of 1974. Most days you will find me walking my dog. I enjoy all activities outdoors including pickle ball, tennis, volleyball, ping pong, corn hole, vegetable gardening and camping. Indoors I like making beer and wine playing Jeopardy with my family wood working, remodeling, playing board games, euchre and occasionally poker. I am a Retired United States Postal service Rural letter carrier of 35 years. Retired 5 years Rural carrier academy trainer. Ten years as a foreign car mechanic including 5 years as an independent owner operator. My personal goal is to help every seller realize the most profit from the sale of their home and to negotiate a fair market value for every buyer. My business is largely built on referrals .
