Professional Experience
In 2003, after several years as a computer programmer Deborah decided to return to what she loved best - building and selling houses. Deborah had spent almost 20 years in southwest Florida as a single family residential builder and real estate agent prior to working as a programmer. In 2004, Deborah graduated from Sinclair Community College with a degree in Real Estate and Property Management. Since then she has been recognized for her outstanding sales and leadership capabilities. In January 2013 Deborah was awarded the DABR Salesperson of the Year.
Deborah has been very involved in the local REALTOR associations and community organizations. In 2008, Deborah joined the Dayton Chapter of the Womens Council of REALTORS. In 2009, Deborah was elected to the position of Vice President of Membership and served as the 2011 President of the Women's Council of REALTORS - Dayton Ohio Chapter. She was also appointed as the WCR State of Ohio Education Committee chair in 2010. In 2008, Deborah was appointed as a Director for the Ohio Association of REALTORS. Deborah was appointed to the OAR Executive Committee for 2012. In 2008, Deborah ran a successful campaign and was elected to the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS as a Director and served two three-year terms. She was just recently reelected by her peers for another three year term starting in January 2019.
In addition to her work as a REALTOR, Deborah was recognized for her ability to train and motivate others and was offered a position as an Adjunct Faculty member at Sinclair Community College to teach real estate pre-license courses. Deborah now teaches the same classes she took to become an Ohio REALTOR in 2003. In 2014, Deborah was hired as an instructor with Hondros and teaches pre/post license real estate classes and continuing education classes.
Deborah specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property in the Miami Valley area, including communities such as Beavercreek, Fairborn, Bellbrook, Kettering and many others. Deborah prides herself with her knowledge of the local real estate markets, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
