I am a real estate generalist practicing in rural South East Ohio. I have the experience of a commercial specialist with 15 years as a commercial/general real estate appraiser. I also spent 12 years as a retirement planning consultant. I've worked with large and small appraisal firms and over 50 MAI appraisers. I spent a few years as the region chief appraiser for Chase Bank AZ during the S&L Crises. I served as a financial services representative for VALIC, ING and New England-METLIFE specializing in retirement planning and financial services. These experiences allow me to offer a broader perspective than most agents. I'm no longer writing appraisals or financial plans, but that helps make me better at serving client needs as a Realtor. I enjoy getting to know and meet new people, and I find a great deal of satisfaction in the service-based nature of the real estate profession.
