I am a third-generation Realtor, a licensed broker, and the owner of Home City Real Estate. Being born and raised in Springfield has given me the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the local real estate market. For many years, I worked alongside my mother Sue Smedley who helped instill in me a strong pride in going above and beyond to meet each clients individual needs.
At Home City Real Estate, we believe in creating personal connections from start to finish. Every clients needs are different and should be treated as such. As an agent and broker, I will assist you in all facets of real estate including residential and investment properties. I have my certification as a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) offering a very comprehensive service to those over 50 and their families. For many, buying or selling your home can be stressful as it is a big life investment. My goal is to go above and beyond your expectations and support you in any way to make your next step in the buying and selling process smooth, transparent, and successful.
Ive been serving the greater Springfield area for 33 years. Ive been involved in many nonprofit organizations, I have been a coach and a photographer for many events. Ive been active in the local and state Real Estate communities. I place high importance on staying up to date with new trends in the evolving market and new laws/rules on both the local and state level. With over thirty years of real estate experience, I look forward to connecting with you and helping you onto your next big home adventure.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy all types of art, music, painting, gardening, and bicycling. Family is number one which includes my three adult children and of course my dogs too!
