I began my career in commercial real estate while working at University Hospitals Health System of Cleveland for almost 5 years. I worked in the Real Estate Leasing Department on a small team of five staff members who manage lease contracts for over 16 million square feet of space throughout Northeast Ohio. Part of my job consisted of completing market data analysis to ensure the hospital paid and charged fair market rent to our landlords and tenants. I have negotiated lease contracts with third-party landlords and brokers and have assisted in negotiating multi-million dollar lease deals. My experience in commercial real estate leasing at University Hospitals lead me to begin my business as a Realtor. I am a member of the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I have an Associate of Arts degree from Cuyahoga Community College and I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. My background in market research throughout Northeast Ohio has given me the foundation to better assist my clients in getting the most for their money. I know first-hand how important it is to find the right home, in the right neighborhood, with the right features so you can feel at HOME. I am a National Commercial Real Estate Advisor (NCREA), Express Offers certified, REO certified and a Certified Mentor for exp Realty.

Areas served include Summit County, Akron, Cleveland.
