Crystal is an experienced Realtor with a demonstrated history of excellence in the real estate industry which has resulted in a high rate of satisfied and returning clients. Crystals love for real estate began in 2009 working as a database coordinator, digital marketing specialist, Chief production officer and ultimately Director of marketing before getting licensed to sell real estate in 2013. She hit the ground running and won several sales awards her first year in real estate, setting a precedence for the years to follow. Crystal is a graduate of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors (GLAR) Leadership class and also a graduate of the Kentucky Realtor Leadership class, earning the LKAR designation. Crystal served as a GLAR Delegate for 8 years, representing local real estate concerns at the state level. In addition, she is on several local committee boards and serves as a founding member for several community networking groups in the Louisville area. She has served on the Agent Leadership Council and really enjoyed mentoring new agents as they began their career. Since being licensed Crystal has sold over 200 homes totaling over 50 Million in sales. She has experience in all types of real estate contracts including New Construction, Patio Homes, Luxury Estates, Down Sizing, Multi Family properties. VA buyers and sellers, HUD homes, foreclosures, short sales, online bidding, FHA buyers, REOs, auctions, and relocation. Crystal has developed programs for first time home-buyers and investors and loves being a resource for all things real estate! Her favorite is working with first time home buyers and again as they become first time sellers The program is one of a kind that breaks down the buying process and includes a customized needs analysis.
Crystals private side includes playing not-so-competitive sand volleyball, kayaking, and trivia. She loves Louisvilles eclectic restaurant, shopping and music scenes, attending local community events and of course, UofL Athletics! Crystals heritage is diverse; her father is from Wales and her mother from Cuba. Originally a South Florida native, Crystal relocated to Louisville as a child and has been a proud Louisvillian ever since. She is a Cum Laude graduate of Spalding University, is married to a proud Ford union man, James, together they are raising a daughter and two rescue dogs, Molly and Sophie
