Kim is a lifetime resident of Logan County. She attended Indian Lake Schools and graduated from Wright State University with a B.S. in Business, majoring in Accounting. Kim obtained her real estate license in the Spring of 2002. In 2004, she was also awarded the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Kim has attended previous National Association of Realtors Conventions, held in New Orleans and San Francisco. She has also attended the RE/MAX International Convention, held in Las Vegas.

Bell Hankins Realty Group, LLC was established in June, 2011, by Kimberly A. Bell and Jeremy Hankins, co-owners. Kim is the licensed broker for the company and Jeremy streamlines the company's marketing strategies.

Our company philosophy is to be the leader in cutting edge real estate business technology and we are extremely proud to be the first real estate company in Logan County with an entirely mobile office environment and superior mobile agents.

Our company believes the 9 to 5 hours inside the 'old school' brick and mortar offices are a way of the past and a disservice to our clients, similar to that of an old pay phone (if we aren't where you need us to be, in the moment you need us, we're not much value to you). Instead, we think of our company as the 'smart phone' of the real estate industry and we are paving the way to how the industry will operate business in the future. More importantly, our clients appreciate the service and convenience our mobility provides.

In fact, we met a client in the middle of a cantaloupe field to take a listing agreement at a time and place that met the needs of our client. How many agents do you know who are willing to do that on a daily basis?

Prior to her real estate career, Kim was an Assistant Purchasing Manager at Honda of America, Mfg. She was employed by Honda for 13 years.

Kim enjoys bicycling, running, golfing and any outdoor activity. She resides in rural DeGraff.
