Nick Davis values integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in hopes of providing an excellent real estate transaction. Nick grew up in the Weatherford, OK area and spent eleven years living in various other cities before returning home to Weatherford with his beautiful bride and three precious daughters. He has since been a founding member of Davis Properties and established a presence in downtown Weatherford through the purchase of the historical Harris Building. He has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks, in both the residential and commercial market.
Nick is a devoted family man. Nick enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three daughters. Nick enjoys nature, and the opportunity to travel and meet new people. Nick is a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University and finished up graduate work in the bay area at Gateway Seminary.
Nick has been trained in real estate and inspired by his father Milan Davis who has been established as a successful realtor/broker for the last 30 years. Nick uses his training to help clients establish their real estate goals successfully. One of Nick's greatest goals for clients in any transaction is to advocate for them and make them feel cared for during the transaction.
