This room has a ductless mini-split HVAC system as well as a wood-burning stove. The other side of the building serves as a shop/storage area and is complete with electrical wiring, lighting, washer dryer/connections and two 12' x 12' insulated garage doors with automatic openers. There is a nice 10 ft wide covered porch along one side of the building that is a nice place to sit in the evening or enjoy the hot tub (included) that overlooks the pond area and surrounding woods.
